HALF MOON with WARREN ELLIS. The Strangest post.
Posted by admin on 23rd March , 2011So one day I emailed Warren Ellis. We’ve been wanting to work together, but with our schedules, there was no way that was going to happen soon. Worst of all, that could mean never, unless we make it happen. We decided a digital short story would be the best thing to do. We’d not have to worry about publishing and printing and all that marketing end of things, we could just create in its pure form. So that’s what we started. Warren has been blogging about it in his fantastic gonzo way on his site, starting here-

I’ve decided to follow up by taking cues from Warren, and to use actual words to share the process. A strange thing happened today, while shopping with my wife, Taki Soma, I saw several shapes and forms, all of which were separate and random, but all seemed to call out as found art, objects ready to give birth to other objects. I snapped some pictures with my phone and sent them to myself. From these, images I cobbled them together to create something new. It’s rough, but it was meant to be. If you look close, you can find shapes from the shelves and proucts that would soon become some strange computer doc that appear somtime in Half Moon. Here you go, see if you can figure it out. Man, I know its weird, its just how my mind works. Also, some more art-
